Article 9 is a crucial component of the Arizona Administrative Code that outlines how the Department of Economic Security, Division of Developmental Disabilities (DES/DDD), and all programs operated, licensed, supervised, or financially supported by DES/DDD, positively support the behaviors of their members.

Everyone working for agencies, independent providers, or programs funded by the Division of Developmental Disabilities is required to adhere to Article 9.
